These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Legacy Security Pro ("Service", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

Legacy Security Pro is a digital inheritance and trustee management platform. It helps users:

• Document digital assets (domains, hosting, email admin, cloud/SaaS, payments, contracts)
• Designate trustees or successors
• Define inheritance rules and activation conditions
• Store documentation and instructions in a legacy vault
• Keep a legacy record (audit-style log) of changes

3. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not a financial advisor. The Service provides documentation tools and structured workflows only. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals in your jurisdiction when needed.

4. Trustee Access and Activation

The Service is designed to be verification-first. Activation conditions and trustee access depend on the rules you define. You understand and agree:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of trustees, contacts, and instructions you store.
• We do not guarantee a trustee will successfully gain access to any third-party account.
• Third-party providers (registrars, email providers, cloud services, payment processors) have their own rules and verification requirements.
• Any access transfer may require legal documentation, identity verification, or provider approvals.

5. User Responsibilities

• Keep your account information accurate and current.
• Do not store passwords in plain text notes. Use a password manager and store references safely.
• Use multi-factor authentication (MFA) on key accounts when available.
• Do not use the Service for illegal activity.

6. Public Exposure Check

The Public Exposure Check is a separate public-facing tool. It may process emails or domains you submit. It is provided for informational purposes only and uses lawful public sources and APIs. We do not crawl hidden forums and do not perform illegal scraping.

Results may be incomplete or delayed. You are responsible for validating and taking action on results.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

The Service is offered as a subscription ($7.99/month). Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled.

Refund policies (if any) depend on the payment provider's rules and the specific transaction history. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us at support@legacysecuritypro.com.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect user data. However, no system is 100% secure. You accept the risk that online services may be compromised. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Security Pro is not liable for:

• Loss of access to third-party accounts
• Business interruption or operational loss
• Financial loss, identity theft, or fraud
• Trustee disputes, inheritance disputes, or legal disputes
• Errors, delays, or omissions in public exposure check results

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violate these Terms, or if required by law.
